Duc, je leur ai demande (via l'@mail sur leur site, je n'ai pas conserve mon mail, j'aurais du...) des details sur le paiement par cb, des details sur l'assurance du materiel livre, des details sur leur histoire en tant que magasin.

Mes deux SACD sontt Charles Mingus "Ah Um" que je n'ai pas pu écouter pour l'instant puisqu'il n'est pas hybride, et un classique de violoncelle (Pieter Wispelwey) que j'ai acheté respectivement à la FNAC et chez Harmonia mundi.
Pour poprock c'est quand tu veux, un soir du lundi au mercredi ou un samedi apres-midi.

moi je l'ai eue par e-mail et c'est juste une image au format ".png" qui représente une capture d'ecran de la fenètre windows de leur logitel de création/gestion de facture avec 2 petites lignes sur ma commande

personne n'a reçu de facture par courrier ?
