Description générale : le kit d'enceintes se compose de 3 enceintes SoundSpot SA-2 pour la scène frontale, de 2 enceintes SoundSpot SI-2 pour les surrounds et d'un caisson SoundSub 9.
Tous les éléments sont de couleur grise (silver).
Il est très facile de fixer les enceintes au mur.

SOUNDSPOT SA-2
The SoundSpot SA-2 is redefining industry standards, offering breathtaking audiophile performance from a discreet and attractive speaker.
The SA-2, winner of CEA’S Innovations 2000 award, combines a 4” (100mm) mid/bass unit with a soft-dome tweeter, each one housed in its own steel sphere. The units are carefully aligned for phase and time coherence, for precise imaging, and for delivering integrated, lifelike sound. The units are based on Morel’s External Voice Coil (EVC) design, in which an aluminum Hexatech coil surrounds an extremely powerful magnet motor to achieve high efficiency and distortion free sound. The mid/bass unit’s motor is rear vented, allowing strong air circulation that cools the voice coil which enables high power handling. Its damped polymer composite cone is constructed (surround and center cap) of one single piece for linearity and precision. The tweeter is characterized by an extended frequency range, all the way down to the midrange band, attaining outstanding tonal quality. The crossover is made of first-class components, hardwired for high integrity.

SOUNDSPOT SI-2
The SoundSpot SI-2’s sphere shaped steel enclosure houses Morel’s award-winning Integra drive unit that coaxially integrates a tweeter and 4” (100 mm) mid/bass unit, creating point source sound radiation. The unique coupling of the tweeter and mid/bass units in the Integra construction allows perfect integration and phase linearity, ensuring a particularly smooth, linear frequency response.The SoundSpot SI-2 is built exclusively with neodymium magnets, which are up to 20 times more powerful than conventional magnet systems. Applying Morel’s EVC design, a huge 2 “ (54mm) aluminum Hexatech coil encloses the magnet motor inside. In a conventional drive unit with a coil of this diameter, the
size of the magnetic system alone would be at least five times larger than that of the Integra! The EVC design is also used for the soft-dome tweeter, where the voice coil is liquid cooled for high power handling. The crossover is hardwired on a separate board and the components secured with strong polyurethane glue, for high integrity.

SOUNDSUB 9
The SoundSub IS-9A was designed to supplement the SoundSpot satellite speakers in the low bass frequency range, creating an acoustically homogeneous home cinema or hi-fi system. The SoundSub IS-9A employs two 9” (222mm) woofers in an extremely flat-profile enclosure. The woofer’s rear-vented double magnet system and aluminum Hexatech coil allow for effortless deep bass power. The IS-9A uses the tandem dynamo acoustics design, which allows perfect acoustical loading of the enclosure and provides strong air circulation for high power-handling capabilities. The SoundSub IS-9A is an active subwoofer driven by a high-quality 120W amplifier, positioned at the rear of the enclosure. The amplifier features an automatic on/off switch, volume control, phase control, and crossover point control that allow seamless system integration. The IS-9A has high- and low-level inputs/outputs that allow for any of the common configuration options. The SoundSub IS-9A will enhance any home theater system with a well-controlled, deep bass.
