This is the official HiMedia European/International 1.0.8 firmware repackaged by us to include installation instructions and changelog.

IMPORTANT! THIS FIRMWARE IS FOR INTERNATIONAL/EUROPEAN Q5 PRO ONLY.

DO NOT TRY AND FLASH IT TO CHINESE HARDWARE Q5 PRO OR OR PREVIOUS GENERATION Q5 4K3D.

Installation Instructions:

1. Extract update.zip from the download archive to the root of a USB pen drive. (the USB pen drive should contain a single file called 'update.zip').
2. Insert the USB pen drive into any USB port of Q5 Pro.
3. With Q5 Pro turned off, use a paper clip or pen to press and hold the the pinhole RESTORE button on the back of Q5 Pro (next to the power port).
4. While keeping the RESTORE button pressed, turn on the Q5 Pro.
5. Q5 Pro will show an Android droid logo and proceed to upgrade the firmware.
6. When you see the Android droid logo, you can release the restore button.
7. The box will auto-reboot when finished.
8. First boot will take 3-5 minutes. Wait for the Android home screen to be displayed.

quelqu'un pourrait me dire si dans les infos devices il est bien en 1.0.8 parce que moi je suis toujours en 1.0.7 après la mise à jours même en mode hard upgrade (bouton reset).

A priori, toujours rien pour que l'expressX engine 2 soit fonctionnel.... Pourtant OlivierQC leurs avait signalé, C'est bien Dommage.
Je vais recevoir le Q10 Pro aujourd'hui.

Beaucoup de déception avec ce nouveau firmware à priori.
Pas grand chose de corrigé d'après les personnes sur le forum Futeko.

Non comme tu dis Vogador, c'est plus un FW pour faire patienter en attendant celui de fin novembre avec Android Nougat...normalement,

On espere qu'avec le nouveau SDK de nougat il y aura des bugs de corrigés et pas trop de nouveau bugs.

Bonjour a tous,

Bon ca a commencé a chauffé sur le forum Kodi quand hdmkv a posté mon info sur le framerate iso 3D qui ne serait pas corriger avec le FW1.08, ensuite ca a chauffé un peu plus (beaucoup) avec les ecrit de wrxtasy (moderateur du forum Kodi) quand ils ont commencé a mettre en doute la compatibilité de la serie Q pro avec le 192Khz 24bit LPCM multi channel (5.1/7.1) FLAC alors que c'est indique sur le site futeko, l'administrateur du site futeko vient de s'expliquer sur le forum et la il vient de donner une infos (a verifier), je vous copie son message :

a premiere vu le nouveau FW avec android Nougat est prevue pour le 7 novembre ( je sais pas si c'est la version pour le public ou une beta pour les testeurs) on va voir.

bon je retourne sur Kodi, c'est pas mal gratiné

J'ai ecris a himedia pour en savoir plus sur ce FW nougat debut novembre, je vous tiens au courant si j'ai des nouvelles.

Effectivement ça chauffe pas mal. Maintenant faut prendre son mal en patience.
Je pense que Himedia se concentre sur le FW Nougat et que ce firmware 1.0.8 est juste un
Amuse-gueule. Mais vu le peu d'innovation avec celui-ci ils auraient pu largement s'en passer.

j"ai suivi l'affaire aussi . Ca chauffe oui . A voir sur la suite . Je pense qu'en effet Himedia se concentre pour début novembre avec nougat sans trop balancer de bug . Ils sont attendu au tournant de toute facon visiblement sur futeko et forum kodi

Bon, je me doute que la réponse est "non", mais allons-y quand même!..
je dispose depuis peu d'une box android, elle a Google, je me dis que c'est trop bête de ne pas pouvoir charger une page web que j'ai fabriquée pour mon site, elle est dans un dossier qui contient les fichiers du diaporama qu'elle génère, ça pourrait être de l'audio ou des vidéos . Résultat de courses :
-ça marche nickel sur mon smartphone (2560x1280pix) avec Edge (ou sans doute autre)
