Himedia Q5/Q10 PRO (4K60/HDR/3D ISO/Android 7.0)

DO NOT INSTALL THIS FIRMWARE IN ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES!

1. Extract update.zip (using an unzip program like 7zip, winzip etc) from HIMEDIA_Q10_PRO_DOWNGRADE_FROM_ANDROID_7_TO_ANDROID_5.1.zip to the root of a FAT32 formatted USB pen drive. (the USB pen drive should contain a single file called 'update.zip').
2. Insert the USB pen drive into any USB port of Q10 Pro.
3. With Q10 Pro turned off, use a paper clip or pen to press and hold the the pinhole UPGRADE button on the back of Q10 Pro (next to the power port).
4. While keeping the UPGRADE button pressed, turn on the Q10 Pro.
5. Q10 Pro will show the Android 7 coloured circle upgrade logo.
6. When you see the coloured circle upgrade logo you can release the restore button.
7. A progress bar will indicate update progress. Do not turn box off or use the box/remote during update!
8. When update is complete the box will automatically reboot.
9. First boot will take 3-5 minutes. The box will reboot into Android 5.1 firmware version 1.0.8. Allow boot to complete.

concernant le lien ci-dessus, c'est seulement si tu veux revenir a l'ancien FW 1.0.8 sous android OS 5

si le nouveau FW2.0 te convient dans ton utilisation de tous les jours ce n'est pas la peime d'en tenir compte.

Sur mon Q10PRO j'utilise le CS1.07, je me demandais qu'elles étaient les étapes à faire pour installer la version CS2.0, j'ai enfin trouvé :

1ere étape : Custom FW 1.07 --> Officiel FW 1.08 => http://www.mediafire.com/file/mt7ljom7i ... 193826.zip
2eme étape : Migrer de ANDROID 5.1 à ANDROID 7 => http://www.mediafire.com/file/r55t37rs7 ... RMWARE.zip

Pour rappel, il y a le logiciel (ou firmware en anglais) officel et le CS qui est le Custom de maitre "pcristi"

J'ai un Himedia q10 IV pas le pro, et je n'ai qu'une très mauvaise expérience avec lui , le jour ou ils sortiront un vrai playeur je reverais ma copie, mais pour l'instant je ne peux vous dire prenez vos jambes à votre cou et fuyait cette marque.

Au final tu as testé le CS 2.0 ? ça fonctionne "correctement" ? On peut envisager une Maj sans trop de risques ?

perso je tourne avec la Beta 2.0 et pour mon utilisation (juste kodi) ca ne me change pas du fw 1.0.8, mes film HD et 3d iso tourne sans probleme et les problemes existant deja sur le fw1.0.8 le sont encore sous le 2.0

a la rigueur je dirai que si ton Q10 pro tourne correctement avec le fw1.0.8, garder le comme ca, car il y a certaines apk qui ne sont pas encore compatible avec, et il y a surement des problemes de jeunesse aussi avec le 7.

Je suis sous CS 1.07 mais j'envisage de passer au 2.0. Je n'utilise que Kodi.

Par contre je n'ai qu'un Q5 Pro, les FW sont dispo pour ce modèle ? sinon ça résous tout de suite le problème^^

Pour ma part j'utilise la version par défaut de Kodi sur les QPro (qui est pré-installé sur le CS) qui elle utilise le wrapper interne HiMedia.
