the french version of the focal website gives this mail adress : support.home@focal-fr.com (effectively, there's no mail for contact in the english version)
There's also a french phone number for their hotline : 0826.101.182 (0,15€/min).

Try this mail or call the hotline, if you are lucky they will escalate to someone speaking english who will help you.
