bonjour a ts et tt
je suis l'heureux possesseur d'un zidooZ9S.
et j'en suis très content .
mais je me trouve confronter a un petit problème concernant l'accessibilité sur mon synologie DS418
qui apparait bien sur le zidoo .
il refuse de prendre mon identifiant et mot de passe alors que je suis certain des dites informations.
car elle reste bonne sur mon pc.

Après l'étape "vérification du paquet" , la Zidoo me dit que le fichier à un problème.

Je tenterai un nouveau téléchargement ce soir...

En sauvegardant au préalable ta base de donnée HT, peut-être essayer un "restore factory settings" pour voir. Le premier démarrage, avant que tu ne modifies quoi que ce soit dans les réglages, sera intéressant à observer.

Cela a été mis en ligne sur un forum chinois mais pas encore considéré comme la version officielle de Zidoo. Peut-être juste attendre un peu pour voir si tout est ok. Cela concernera tous les appareils avec cette génération de SOC :

Mise a jour en version 85 faite, rien vu de spécial. Mais certaines vidéo qui ne fonctionnaient pas (le son, mais écran vert) ne fonctionnent toujours pas, dommage. Heureusement, je n'ai pas beaucoup de fichiers dans ce cas ...

Bonjour je viens vers vous car je viens d'acquérir un boîtier zidoo z9x et j'ai un souci en forçant le mode dolby vision.
Quand je branche le boîtier en direct sur la TV (Panasonic gz 1000) ça marche parfaitement mais quand je passe par mon ampli ça marche pas (Onkyo rz900).
J'ai essayé différent changement dans les menus mais rien y fait ...
Est ce que quelqu'un aurait une astuce?

Tu n'es pas dans le bon fil : il s'agit ici des modèles de la génération précédente.

Pour en revenir à ton problème, se pourrait-il que ton ampli ne soit pas compatible avec le Dolby Vision? D'après une rapide recherche sur le net, c'était le cas à sa sortie et jusqu'à encore récemment : "Unfortunately, no. RZ900 does not pass thru DV". Peu importe que cela soit en passthrough et qu'on parle ici de l'image, l'ampli doit avoir une licence Dolby lui permettant de faire transiter adéquatement ce type de signal.

Déjà lu ce cas de figure dans un topic mais lequel ?

Ma Z9S s’est déconnectée 3 fois en l’espace de 48h de son petit disque externe de 2 To relié via USB.
La parade est d’éteindre puis rallumer la Zidoo.
Cette configuration n’a pas changée depuis plusieurs années et les fiches sont correctement enfoncées.

Dans l'ordre ce que je ferai :

j'alimenterai le DD externe avec un transfo pour qu'il ne soit pas alimenté par le zidoo via l'usb

si toujours pareil,
je changerai ce DD par un autre (pas alimenté par l'usb) pour voir si ça fait la meme chose.

si oui,
Je réaliserais une maj s'il y en a une à faire

dernière option si les précédentes n'ont pas fonctionnées :
Je changerai le transfo du zidoo par un autre

Ensuite, oui, je commencerais à penser à une panne matériel du bouzin.

Votre aide svp car à chaque extinctions de mon Zidoo 9 il se passe ceci:

* chemins d'accès de mes source vidéo sur mon Nas Synology sont renseignées comme non valide (donc plus d'accès à rien)
* Afin de retrouver mes vidéos je suis obligé de rechercher sur le réseau le nas en smb, puis mon id et mot de passe et finir par le fichiers vidéo et la je retrouve le tout
