My observations…

As expected high APL HDR looked great and much better than my OLED. Low APL HDR lacked the crispness and 3D look of the OLED.

There is barely any vignetting in the corners. The gradient banding works as advertised. Cinematic Movement had motion artifacts but de-judder at 3 and de-blur at 5 as suggested by classy worked well. The build quality and design are outstanding.

The dimming algorithm overall worked well. The brightness fluctuation issues in the gravity scene are minor and only noticeable in a dark room. There is blooming and haloing but most of the time they are not distracting. Scenes such as the one in The Greatest Showman are distracting. Another example is a scene in Goliath S1 E1 where a guy lights a cigarette that illuminates his face.

Black levels are not in a good place with mixed content but I would say no worse than the Q8FN and Q80R. At least small highlights are not overly dim. Face tones are well saturated.

Screen reflections are the worst I’ve seen on any of the televisions I’ve owned. Even in a moderately lit room they’re distracting with dark content.

I was encouraged when Classy observed less DSE on his QNED90 than his QN90A but the DSE on my QNED90 drove me bunkers. Scenes in Dunkirk and Blade Runner 2049 were pretty bad. Uniformity outside of DSE is good for a FALD TV.

If it wasn’t for the last two points I probably would have kept the TV.
