HCFR and Spyder 2 calibration question

Unfortunately I do not speak French, hopefully some of the regulars here can help me out in English.

I installed HCFR on my Win 7 computer & monitor that was previously calibrated with Spyder2Express software. I changed the monitor contrast and color balance until the grayscale chart in HCFR showed that the colors were within 98% - 102% of the expected values. At this point I ran the automatic Spyder 2 Express calibration for my LCD monitor- everything turned slightly blue with the new ICC profile. I ran the HCFR grayscale test again and now blue is 22% higher than before !!

What is going on ?
