How to update firmware on HCFR sensor

Hello Everyone,
I am new to this forum, so please be kind

I have installed the HCFR software and plugged in the HCFR sensor, but on a full white field,
the values bounce up and down continuously, for all 3 colors.

The sensor firmware is v5.10.

I looked for a way to update the firmware, but there is no tools tab as discribed on the english page.
I looked through every tab in the software, but found nothing.


I would appreciate any help on how to upgrade the firmware.

Look's like there is no way to upgrade the firmware to see if this will fix the problem.

Hello,
There is no difference in the color measurement between the different software. I fear that a software update won't have any effect on your problem.
Can you post a reccording done with the probe on continuous measures ?

I will do a continuous measurement tonight if I can get my Wife away from the projector for a couple of minutes.
