je viens du forum d'à côté (Mede8er), je cherche une nouvelle box multimedia et le Zidoo X20 Pro me tente bien. Vous pouvez me confirmer qu'on peut sortir le son des films via les XLR et, si oui, est-ce que la qualité de la transformation du signale (DTS, 5.1 divers, etc.) en stéréo est bonne ?

Je me prépare à commander un Zidoo x20 mais certaines informations sont difficiles à trouver en effet, je n'ai trouvé aucun mode d'emploi pour le moment concernant cet appareil.
J'aimerai savoir s'il est capable de fonctionner avec des disques dur avec des tailles de secteur de 4096 octets (advanced format 4Kn).

Zidoo m'a répondu.
Voici une partie du message: "Usually Zidoo x20 works with hard disk with sector size 4Kb, please don't worry."
Donc, les x20 et x20 pro doivent normalement fonctionner avec l'advanced format 4Kn.

J'édite mon message car je pense que le monsieur de chez Zidoo confond les disque 512e et 4kn.
Voilà ce que j'ai trouvé : "This with the exception of (still exotic) 4Kn type HDD's having 4K Physical sectors not handled by Android players."

J hésite à commander un zidoo x20.
Je possède un zappiti 4k hdr et selon les scènes j'ai de la posterisation bien dégueulasse. J'ai testé sur usb de la TV (Samsung q9f) et pas de posterisation. Les dégradés sont bien lisse.

Le x20 ou x 9/x10 fera t il proprement les dégradés ? Et niveau qualité videi/audio ça donne quoi comparé au zappiti ?

J'ai un système home ciné aussi(ampli nad ttt777, hp svs...

Méthode:
1: Télécharger le fichier sans le modifier (ne pas extraire)
2: Placer le fichier depuis votre PC dans RESEAU\OPENWRT\Disk_sda en fonction du lieu de stockage de votre Zidoo
3: Copier Coller le fichier depuis l'interface Zidoo dans Stockage\Download par exemple (tant qu'il est accessible depuis l'interface de mise à jour)
4: Aller dans Réglage\Divers\Upgrade\Mise à jour système\Mise à jour local\Stockage\Download
5: Appliquer la mise à jour

Quelqu'un a-t-il réussi a transférer des fichiers depuis son PC vers le Zidoo en ethernet?
J'y arrive bien en passant par mon routeur mais j'aimerais les connecter ensemble en direct pour un transfert plus rapide mais je n'y arrive pas. J'ai désactivé le DHCP du Zidoo, je vois mon PC mais, sur mon PC je ne vois rien.

Edition: j'ai réglé le problème, je suis à votre disposition au cas où.

Oui j'ai pu le mettre à jour. En ce qui concerne le changement suite à la mise à jour, je ne peux pas m'exprimer car je venais de le réceptionner depuis quelques jours seulement.

Je n'ai pas de gros problème particuliers. Oui, l'audio et la vidéo est stable. Il m'est déjà arrivé de devoir le débrancher suite à un bogue mais seulement 1 ou 2 fois en 2 mois d'utilisation.
Oui, j'ai du faire la mise à jour par clef USB car la fonction en ligne ne détectait aucune mise à jour.

Si j'ai bien compris le X20 ne prends en charge les Formats audio HD donc en bistream sur mon pré qui se chargera du décodage.
